Kitchen by Kian began with a family recipe: golden, crispy chicken and cheese rolls that everyone at home kept asking for. Friends asked for "just one more batch", then family asked for them at every gathering.
So we decided to share it properly. Every roll is still made at home, by hand, in small batches, with the same care we put into food for our own family.
We're starting with one signature product, the Cheese Chaska Roll, and doing it perfectly. More homemade favourites will follow, one at a time.
